Mindful movement (online)

Are you trying to move forward in your life but feel stuck?

Often your body holds the answers you are looking for.

In 1:1 mindful movement sessions (60 minutes) we will pay attention to your embodied knowledge and intuition.

By way of sensing and moving you will enter a dialogue with your body to feel better and gain clarity.

You don’t need to be ‘good’ at moving or dancing; this session is for you to notice how gentle movements can make you feel better and what they mean to you.

These sessions are:

  • process-oriented (i.e., we do not set a specific goal at the start but follow your process)

  • resource-focussed (i.e., we do not explore pain but positive impulses)

  • gentle and mindful (i.e., compassionate, non-judgmental and self-determined)

One-hour 1:1 session: £50

Block of six 1:1 sessions: £250

Nature Connection (online)

Together we will design a personalised nature-based wellbeing plan. The sessions will help you to connect with nature more deeply and reflect on your insights and experiences for personal development.

One-hour 1:1 session: £50

Seasonal ‘Forest’ Programmes - currently paused

I offer the following seasonal online programmes: Spring Forest, Summer Forest, and Winter Forest, with a break in Autumn.

If you take part in the Seasonal Forest programme, you will receive the following:

  • Audio-recorded guided nature walks (released bi-weekly), which you can use in your own time, space, and rhythm.

  • Group sessions (‘sharing circles’) to share experiences, support each others’ processes, and build community (bi-weekly on Thursdays 7-8pm UK time, odd weeks).

  • Somatic movement sessions to move with ease, become aware of your resources, and integrate insights (bi-weekly on Thursdays 7-8pm UK time, even weeks).

  • 1:1 somatic sessions (60 minutes) to dive deep into your individual process, gain clarity, and create a nature-based wellbeing plan tailored to your current situation (once per month, by appointment).

At the beginning of each season, we will start a cycle that moves through six thematic blocks. A block spans over two weeks and includes a new forest walk audio recording, a group session (‘sharing circle’), and a somatic movement session. Each season includes two week-long breaks of the sharing circles and somatic movement sessions.

The cyclical structure supports a transformative process to grow out of unhelpful patterns by way of connecting with nature, your body, and other people.
